All appointments must be confirmed. If you do not confirm via email or text, we will call to confirm. If we cannot get a hold of you from these three options, your appointment will automatically be cancelled.

 

Once confirmed, we cannot wait to have you in our chair! If you need to cancel, we require 48 hours notice. If you do not cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the services you scheduled.

 

If you no show or cancel with 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.

 

We do understand there are occasions where emergencies come up and last

minute cancellations are inevitable. Please contact your stylist directly if an emergency arises. If your stylist has to cancel on you same day, you will receive a 10% inconvenience discount when you reschedule with the same stylist.

 

Thank you for your understanding. We held off as long as we could, but cancellations are becoming an increasing problem.

Street parking is metered and accepts quarters (street parking is free after 5)

The meters run off of the Park Mobile
(same as the city of Pittsburgh).
